Who We Are

About ENPUAI

The Endurable Peace and Unity Ambassadors Initiative (ENPUAI) is a Nigerian non-governmental organization dedicated to building lasting peace, promoting national integration, and empowering communities across all 36 states and the FCT.

Championing Peaceful Coexistence Since Inception

Our Story

Founded with a profound vision to heal divides and foster unity, ENPUAI works at the grassroots level to address the root causes of conflict in Nigerian communities.

We believe that lasting peace is not merely the absence of violence, but the presence of justice, equity, and mutual respect among all peoples — regardless of ethnicity, religion, or background.

Our approach combines community dialogue, youth leadership development, educational initiatives, and advocacy for justice to create sustainable pathways toward national cohesion.

What We Stand For

Our Core Objectives

Four pillars guide every initiative we undertake — each rooted in the belief that every Nigerian deserves to live in a peaceful, just, and united society.

Conflict Resolution

Mediating disputes and building dialogue frameworks that transform communities torn by ethnic, religious, and political tensions into models of peaceful coexistence.

National Integration

Bridging cultural and ethnic divides through inter-community exchange programs, shared heritage celebrations, and collaborative development projects.

Youth Empowerment

Equipping young Nigerians with leadership skills, civic awareness, and economic opportunities so they become architects of peace rather than instruments of violence.

Justice & Advocacy

Standing with marginalized communities to demand accountability, equity, and transparent governance at local, state, and federal levels.

Our Guiding Light

Vision & Mission

Our Vision

A Nigeria where every citizen — regardless of ethnic origin, religious belief, or social status — lives in peace, dignity, and shared prosperity. A nation where diversity is celebrated as strength, justice is the birthright of all, and the youth are the torchbearers of enduring unity.

Our Mission

To promote endurable peace, national integration, and unity through conflict resolution, community dialogue, youth empowerment, education, and advocacy for justice and equity — working tirelessly to ensure that every voice is heard and every community has a seat at the table of Nigeria’s future.

The Values That Guide Us

Our Core Values

These principles are woven into everything we do — from community dialogues in rural villages to advocacy at the national stage.

Peace Through Dialogue

Every conflict holds the seed of its own resolution. We create safe, neutral spaces where communities in tension sit together, speak honestly, and discover common ground. Over 200 dialogue sessions across 18 Nigerian states.

Unity in Diversity

Nigeria's 250+ ethnic groups are our greatest advantage. We design intercultural programmes that turn difference into shared strength. When communities celebrate each other's heritage, conflict has no foothold.

Justice for All

True peace cannot coexist with injustice. We advocate for human rights, accountability, and equal access to legal recourse for every community we serve.

Youth Leadership

70% of Nigeria is under 35. Young people do not wait to become future leaders, they lead today. ENPUAI-trained youth mediators serve on local government peace committees across the country.

Community First

Sustainable change begins at grassroots level. Every ENPUAI programme is co-designed with community members, ensuring our work reflects local wisdom and earns lasting ownership.

Integrity and Transparency

We answer to you. Every resource entrusted to ENPUAI is tracked and publicly disclosed. Our annual impact reports are independently audited and every partnership documented.

A Word From Our Founder

“When I look across Nigeria, I see a nation of immense potential — rich in culture, vibrant in spirit, and resilient in character. But I also see wounds that need healing, divides that need bridging, and a youth population that craves purpose and direction.”

ENPUAI was born from the conviction that peace is not a destination, but a journey we must walk together — every community, every generation, every Nigerian.
